Tana has raised US$25m in investments as it launches its artificial intelligence-powered knowledge-graph product.The product simplifies to-do lists, can create lists, spreadsheets and web updates and has a feature, called “Supertag”.The app listens to conversations or voice memos, transcribes them and creates action points.Tana’s algorithm improves over time and as it takes on more data.The app is aimed at both individuals and teams, and is designed to create and work with the generated data.Tana claims to have already attracted 160,000 users to its wait-list with a significant number from large enterprises.It has already collaborated with OpenAI to power its natural language processing.Investors in the start-up include Google Maps founder Lars Rasmussen, Dropbox co-founder Arash Ferdowsi and Olivier Pomel, founder of Datadog.Tana was launched in 2020 and spent almost four years in development before launching a closed beta.It integrates with 50 different tools, such as Zoom, which are also building their own artificial intelligence functionality.
