Tata Motors is all set to showcase an extensive range of new products at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Show, featuring nine major product unveilings.
These offerings will include Tata Harrier EV, Tata Sierra EV/ICE, Tata Harrier Petrol, Tata Altroz EV, and Tata Tiago/Tigor Facelifts, among others.
Tata Harrier EV will be unveiled to the public for the first time in production-ready form at the Expo. It is expected that it will hit the Indian market within the next few months.
Tata’s other electric cars, the Punch and Curvv will also be showcased at the auto show.
There are speculations that Tata is going to launch the Sierra Ice variant powered by a 1.5L petrol engine and a 2.0L diesel engine in the H2 2025.
The company also plans to launch the Altroz EV in 2025 with Ziptron technology, a range of 250-300 kilometres, and a permanent magnet AC motor.
Tweaks in the design and features of Tata Tiago hatchback and Tigor compact sedan will be updated by early 2025.
The upcoming Tata Sierra EV is expected to offer a range of approximately 500km on a single charge.
Apart from electric cars, the auto giant is also getting ready to launch vehicles with internal combustion engines.
Tata believes that there is still a high demand for petrol and diesel-powered cars, and the Indian market is yet not ready to switch to complete EV usage.
