TCS staff to get 4-8% increments in FY25
- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will start disbursing annual salary increments for FY25 in April.
- Increments in the range of four to eight per cent are expected, lower than previous years' average of seven to eight per cent.
- Exceptional performance will result in higher increments.
- In FY22, the average increment was 10.5 per cent.
