Ubisoft has opened a new subsidiary to manage Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six, and Far Cry games.Tencent invested €1.16 billion and will have a 25% stake in the new spin-off business.The new subsidiary will focus on the most profitable games and be the main business unit for development teams across various locations.Tencent's investment will help reduce Ubisoft's consolidated net debt position and improve their balance sheet.
