Tesla and Rivian have the most problem-free EV charging networks, according to Consumer Reports survey.
Only 4% of respondents experienced problems at Tesla's Supercharger network, while 5% experienced problems with Rivian's Adventure Network chargers.
Shell's Recharge network had the worst performance, with 48% of owners reporting problems, followed by EVgo and Blink chargers with 43% and 41% respectively.
The most common reported issues across all networks were related to payment and charging station hardware, according to Consumer Reports.
