<ul><li>Tesla CEO Elon Musk was once again denied the $56 billion pay package by Delaware Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick.</li><li>McCormick previously ruled that the sum should not be paid to Musk.</li><li>Despite the majority of Tesla shareholders voting to award Musk the money, McCormick reiterated her decision to deny the pay package.</li><li>Tesla will be required to pay $345 million in fees to lawyers representing shareholders who challenged the pay package.</li></ul>
