<ul><li>The decision on whether Tesla CEO Elon Musk will receive his $56 billion pay package will be made before the end of the year.</li><li>Delaware Court of Chancery Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick will decide on the matter, following her ruling in January that the pay package was unfair to Tesla shareholders.</li><li>Shareholders had already voted in favor of giving Musk the pay package, and McCormick will have the Final say on whether it will be awarded to Musk.</li><li>Musk's attorneys are also requesting the court to vacate the decision and consider $1 billion in legal fees in either cash or stock.</li></ul>
