<ul><li>Tesla China's after-sales service has earned top satisfaction ratings in the new energy vehicle (NEV) sector, according to a report.</li><li>The results of the 2024 Automobile After-Sales Service Customer Satisfaction Survey (CAACS Survey) showed that Tesla China ranked first in the after-sales service rankings with a score of 86.88 points.</li><li>GAC Aion and BYD followed closely behind with scores of 86.35 and 86.20 points, respectively.</li><li>The survey highlighted that NEV makers still have areas of improvement in their after-sales service programs, but Tesla China, GAC Aion, and BYD have developed effective systems to satisfy their customers.</li></ul>
