A recent study found that Tesla's Superchargers and Rivian's Adventure Network (RAN) were significantly more reliable compared to other electric vehicle (EV) charging networks.
According to the study, Tesla's Superchargers had a reported issue rate of 4% per charging session, while Rivian's network had a reported issue rate of 5%.
In contrast, Shell Recharge users faced the most issues with a reported problem rate of 48% per charging session.
The study emphasized the need for charging networks to improve reliability and performance for better EV charging experiences.
