Toyota will be selling the new RAV4 in over 180 countries and regions worldwide, with different power outputs depending on the region.
While North America will get the uncorked versions of the RAV4, Europe will have to settle for slightly less power due to stricter regulations.
The power difference between the all-wheel-drive full hybrid is significant, with Europe receiving 188 hp compared to the 236 hp in the US.
The Euro-spec RAV4 will offer a front-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid version with 264 hp, while the European market will not have a gas-only or diesel engine option.
