<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="true">BMW is discontinuing the base trim for the 2026 XM, leaving only the 738-horsepower XM Label model available.The hybrid system in the XM Label is getting an improved charging rate along with new exterior colors and interior themes.The 2026 XM Label features a twin-turbo V-8 engine producing 577 hp, paired with an electric motor for a total of 738 pound-feet of torque.Acceleration from 0-60 mph is quoted at 3.6 seconds with a limited top speed of 155 mph (175 mph with the M Driver's Package).The 2026 XM Label comes with new exterior colors, interior themes, and 23-inch wheels, along with the option for black wheels.BMW has introduced three new interior themes for the XM Label, along with dropping the red-accented exterior trim pieces.The onboard charger for the XM Label's M Hybrid system has been upgraded to 11 kilowatts for faster charging.The 19.2-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack in the XM Label offers a 30-mile all-electric driving range.The 2026 XM Label will be unveiled on June 14 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans with production starting in August.Pricing for the 2026 XM Label has not been announced, but an increase is expected over the previous model's $187,875 starting price.
