<ul><li>Pebble smartwatch founder Eric Migicovsky has announced the launch of a new brand, Core Devices.</li><li>Core Devices will release the Core Time 2 and Core Duo 2, essentially new Pebble watches with a retro design.</li><li>The Core 2 Duo, set to ship in July, retains the e-ink display and offers upgrades such as a 30-day battery life and a built-in speaker.</li><li>The Core Time 2, to be shipped in December, features a touch display and additional functionalities like heart rate and sleep tracking.</li></ul>
