Companies may own half of all Bitcoin by 2045, estimated at about 10.5 million coins according to Moon Inc.’s head of Bitcoin strategy, Jesse Myers.
Currently, companies and ETFs control roughly 3.23 million BTC, approximately 15% of the total supply, valued at around $348.25 billion.
Myers predicts that 'Bitcoin Treasury Companies' will increase their share to 50%, with half of the coins residing in corporate wallets.
The rise in corporate Bitcoin holdings raises questions about potential market impact, demand dynamics, and regulatory influence on this growing trend.
