The late interior designer Amy Lau's Manhattan apartment, which she renovated extensively before her death, is being listed for $1.6 million by her estate.
The one-bedroom co-op is located on the fifth floor of the ornate prewar Alwyn Court building in Manhattan.
Amy Lau was known for her work as a designer and had high-profile clients like Elie Tahari and Edgar Bronfman Jr. She passed away in January at the age of 56.
Lau bought the 1,010-square-foot apartment in 2018, underwent a complete renovation, and considered it her sanctuary filled with curated pieces she loved.
