The Weekly Notable Startup Funding Report: 11/25/24

  • LogicMonitor raises $800m: Hybrid IT observability platform LogicMonitor has secured $800m to expand its platform, which provides IT observability and monitoring to cloud-based infrastructures going through digital transformation. LogicMonitor’s total equity funding now stands at $942.9m and it counts Golub Capital and PSG Equity among its backers.
  • Federato secures $40m: Palo Alto-based Federato raised $40m through a funding round, which will help to streamline underwriting processes for insurance carriers, MGAs, and MGUs through its RiskOps platform. The round brings the total funding raised by Federato to $80m.
  • Inversion receives $44m funding: Los Angeles-based Inversion raised $44m in a funding round. The company builds space capsules that return cargo back to Earth for commercial, civil, and defence industries.
  • OneRail gets $42m funding: Orlando-based final-mile delivery platform OneRail raised $42m in a funding round. The firm's technology helps streamline the logistics of final-mile delivery for enterprise shippers.
  • Prompt Security raises $18m funding: New York-based Prompt Security secured $18m for its GenAI Security platform, which enables businesses to use generative AI safely and securely.
  • Zenflow secures $24m funding: South San Francisco-based Zenflow, which helps men with BPH symptoms, picked up $24m in funding. The medical device company has raised a total of $79.9m in equity funding.
  • Cyera receives $300m funding: AI-driven data security platform Cyera raised $300m in a funding round. The platform, which gives companies a deeper understanding of their data to assure cyber-resilience and compliance, has raised $764.5m in total equity funding.
  • Kong secures $175m: San Francisco-based Kong closed a $175m funding round for its cloud-native API platform, which enhances developer productivity, automating security, and microservices.
  • Iontra raises $45m: Centennial-based Iontra received $45m in a recent funding round. Its battery charging technology is designed to enhance the performance of commercial lithium-ion batteries.
  • Levanta gets $20m funding: Seattle-based Levanta raised $20m in a funding round. The firm has developed an affiliate marketing software that is designed to work specifically with Amazon, and has now raised a total of $21.4m in equity funding.
  • Teleo receives $7m funding: Palo Alto-based Teleo makes construction equipment by converting existing fleet into remote-controlled robots. Its latest funding round raised $7m and takes the firm’s total equity funding to $28.2m.
