Apple Vision Pro users are expected to receive an update introducing eye tracking for intuitive scrolling through apps.
The feature will enable users to scroll using only their eyes, enhancing the interaction with the headset beyond hand gestures.
Initially, this eye-tracking feature may be limited to Apple's own apps, but developers will have access to incorporate it into third-party apps as well.
The eye-tracking technology has been previously introduced by Apple in iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 as an accessibility feature using Dwell Control, and it is expected to be a part of the Vision Pro update scheduled for visionOS 3 release at WWDC 2025 on June 9.
