Apple agreed to pay $95 million in a class action lawsuit in California over Siri eavesdropping allegations.
Today is the final day to claim a share of the settlement if you owned a Siri-enabled Apple device between Sept. 17, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2024, and experienced unintended Siri activations during private communications.
Claimants must state under oath that Siri activated accidentally, leading to recordings of private conversations, and can receive up to $100 for a maximum of five devices.
To make a claim, use the provided codes from the email or postcard; if not received, visit the claims page. The deadline for claims is July 2, 2025.
