Toyota is redesigning and electrifying its Rav4 lineup for 2026 with hybrid powertrains, including a plug-in version that can fast charge using CCS-compatible DC chargers.
The 2026 Rav4 PHEV can travel up to 50 miles on a single charge, comes with a 6th-generation plug-in powertrain, AWD, and up to 320 horsepower output.
The regular Rav4 hybrid has a 5th-gen system with a max output of 236 horsepower for the AWD version, larger digital cluster panels, and bigger infotainment touchscreens.
Toyota's focus on hybrid options continues with the new Rav4 following the all-hybrid Camry sedan lineup. Pricing for the new Rav4 will be revealed when it goes on sale later this year.
