<ul><li>Karman Space & Defense, a portfolio company of Trive Capital, has completed a $500 million initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange.</li><li>The IPO created the largest independently owned manufacturer and supplier of complex systems to the aerospace and defense sectors.</li><li>Karman provides systems in areas of Payload & Protection, Aerodynamic Interstage, and Propulsion & Launch Systems, used in missiles, hypersonics, counter-UAS platforms, and space launch vehicles.</li><li>The IPO proceeds will be used for acquisitions, debt repayment, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes.</li></ul>
