<ul><li>Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has started making Apple A16 Bionic chips at its new fabrication plant in Phoenix, Arizona.</li><li>Shipments of the A16 chips could come before the end of this year, ahead of schedule.</li><li>TSMC is also in talks with other clients, including AMD, to tape out products in Arizona next year.</li><li>TSMC and Amkor announced collaboration on advanced packaging at the Arizona facility.</li></ul>
