Some critical tasks are exempt, with approval required.</li><li>Noncompliance by companies can lead to fines of AED 5,000 per affected worker, up to AED 50,000 for repeated breaches. MoHRE will monitor adherence through inspections, hotlines, and campaigns.</li></ul>
