The manager also expressed discomfort with the consultant's behavior and decided to handle the situation herself.
Despite the consultant's inappropriate behavior during the training, including singling out the letter-writer and making off-color comments, the organization continued with the training.
The letter-writer has since left the organization to go back to school and feels less stressed in her life.
