Veefin Solutions, a listed fintech firm, has acquired a 50% share in Singapore-based GenAI startup Walnut in an all-cash transaction.The acquisition will allow Veefin Group to assist corporate and financial clients in converting unstructured data into meaningful insights.Walnut plans to extend its GenAI solutions to Veefin Group's more than 500 banking, economic, and corporate clients.Walnut.ai, founded in 2020, leverages AI and machine learning to influence the future of companies worldwide.
