<ul><li>The 2025 Corvette ZR1 is pacing the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 with a top speed of 233 mph, faster than the IndyCars it will be pacing.</li><li>Chevrolet's unique relationship with the Indianapolis 500 dates back to the early 20th century when Chevy's founder Louis Chevrolet and his brothers raced at the famous track.</li><li>The Corvette has paced the Indy 500 22 times, more than any other brand, and NFL Hall of Famer Michael Strahan will be the official pace car driver for this year's race.</li><li>This year marks the 36th time a Chevy car has paced the Indy 500, with the 2025 Corvette ZR1 being the pace car for the event.</li></ul>
