The 2025 Corvette ZR1 with a powerful LT7 twin-turbo V8 engine generating 1,064-hp and a top speed of 233 mph is now in production at the Corvette Assembly Plant in Kentucky.
The ZR1 receives track-ready equipment, including a 5.5L twin-turbo flat-plane crank V8 engine hand-assembled and signed by the Performance Build Center specialist.
A video showcasing the assembly process of the Corvette ZR1 was recently released, offering a glimpse into the various stages of production and featuring different color options.
Visitor tours at the plant have been suspended during much of the C8 production, limiting the public's view of the assembly process and the opportunity to interact with the plant workers.
