Vietnam aims to become a leader in blockchain technology by 2030.
The National Blockchain Strategy includes goals such as developing well-known blockchain companies, establishing special zones for experimentation, and becoming a top blockchain training and research center in Asia.
The government has outlined a five-step action plan, including creating a strong legal framework, building infrastructure and an ecosystem, developing skilled workers, promoting blockchain, and encouraging research and international collaboration.
Key government agencies such as the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Education and Training will be responsible for different aspects of the strategy's implementation.
