Apple announced the upcoming VisionOS 26 update for Vision Pro, which will include support for VR input devices like motion controllers and a spatially-tracked stylus.
Earlier, Apple had no plans to support VR controllers, but with the new update, VisionOS 26 will bring support for the PSVR 2 Sense Controller to facilitate VR game development on the platform.
The addition of PSVR 2 Sense Controller support is expected to enable more games to be available on Vision Pro that previously could not support hand-tracking-only interactions.
Apart from gaming, Apple also revealed support for Logitech Muse, a spatial input device designed for Vision Pro to enhance interaction with collaboration apps like Spatial Analogue.
