Netflix is set to produce the romantic comedy 'Voicemails for Isabelle', with production expected to start soon and a premiere slated for 2026.
The project, based on a script included in The Black List, will be directed by Leah McKendrick and produced by Escape Artists.
The story follows Jill coping with her sister Isabelle's death by leaving voicemails for her, not realizing the number has been reassigned to Austin, leading to a romantic twist.
The film stars Zoey Deutch and Nick Robinson, with Deutch in the leading role, and is set to film in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
