Walmart is introducing AI-powered tools to help its 1.5 million U.S. associates offer better support to customers.
The tools will include a real-time translation feature for multilingual conversations in 44 languages, integrated into the Walmart associate app.
Walmart also plans to enhance its existing conversational AI for associates, providing step-by-step instructions for support queries.
