Games Workshop, the maker of Warhammer 40,000, is giving £20 million (approx. $27 million) as a bonus to its staff following a successful financial year.
For the 52 weeks ending June 1, 2025, the company reported increased core revenue, licensing revenue, core profit, licensing profit, and profit before tax.
The bonus is a recognition of the staff's contribution to the company's record profits, with each of the estimated 1,500 employees receiving a £13,333 (approx. $18,000) bonus.
Games Workshop's success is attributed to its sales of miniatures, expanding into video games and animations, and upcoming projects like the Warhammer 40,000 Cinematic Universe with Henry Cavill.
