Dubai has launched a real estate tokenization platform on the XRP Ledger, aiming to allow investors to buy fractional ownership of buildings using crypto.
The platform, Prypco Mint, enables UAE citizens to invest in Dubai real estate with a minimum buy-in of $540, integrating blockchain and the Dubai Land Department's infrastructure.
XRP is currently trading at $2.30 but faces some resistance at $2.27, with potential support at $2.12 if it fails to hold the current level.
The move to tokenize real estate on the XRP Ledger showcases Dubai's commitment to efficiency and sustainability, leveraging XRP's transaction speed and Ripple's banking partnerships.
