A survey by Unstop reveals that both HR professionals and members of Gen Z believe that working with people is more important than using technology.
Gen Z believes that while technology is important, soft skills and the ability to work with people cannot be eliminated.
They argue that AI was developed by humans and requires human intervention and instructions to function properly.
The survey also highlights that technical/domain-specific skills, data and AI skills, analytical skills, and teamwork and collaboration are in high demand for dream roles.
