<ul><li>WhatsApp is now available for iPad, announced by Meta.</li><li>iPad support was launched more than 15 years after the messaging service initially started.</li><li>Users can link up to four devices to their WhatsApp account for independent connectivity, enabling end-to-end encryption.</li><li>Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp, also owns Facebook, Threads, and Instagram, with reported plans for Instagram app for iPad.
