WhatsApp to require iOS 15.1 and later from May 5
- WhatsApp will soon stop working on several older iPhone models.
- Starting May 5, WhatsApp will only be compatible with iPhones running iOS 15.1 or later.
- The iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus will no longer be supported.
- WhatsApp will notify affected users directly through the app.
