Semi-urban commerce platform Wheelocity has raised $15 million in a funding round led by Lightspeed Ventures.The new funding will support the company's expansion into 20,000 towns and villages over the next year.Wheelocity focuses on B2C operations in Tier III towns, offering fresh produce, groceries, and daily essentials to customers.The company plans to expand its presence beyond central Tamil Nadu and into Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.
