Bernard Arnault, the richest person in the world, has reportedly been holding monthly lunches with his five children to find his successor at LVMH.
Arnault's children, including his only daughter Delphine (48) and his four sons Antoine (45), Alexandre (30), Frédéric (28), and Jean, gather for a 90-minute lunch once a month inside a private dining room at the headquarters of LVMH where they are asked for advice on topics prepared beforehand.
Delphine Arnault is currently the CEO of Dior, while Antoine Arnault is an LVMH board member. Alexandre Arnault is associated with Tiffany, and Frédéric Arnault is the CEO of TAG Heuer. The youngest son, Jean, works at Louis Vuitton.
