Users of Whoop’s fitness trackers, particularly the Whoop MG version, have reported issues of unresponsiveness shortly after setup, prompting the company to replace defective units.
The Whoop MG features EKG capabilities and blood pressure insights, and complaints about its malfunction surfaced soon after its launch alongside the Whoop 5.0 earlier this month.
Reports from users indicate that the trackers became inactive within hours or even minutes of use, despite troubleshooting steps provided by Whoop not resolving the problems.
Whoop is proactively replacing faulty trackers without users having to request replacements, following a recent uproar over membership terms with the launch of the Whoop 5.0.
