The White House has implemented a 25 percent tariff on vehicles imported into the U.S.
Imported vehicles that are at least 25 years old are exempt from the tariff.
The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) allows importers to identify the amount of U.S. content in each model to exempt them from the tariff.
Reciprocal tariffs are also affecting prices, with Japan facing a 24 percent tariff on its products.
