<ul><li>43% of women have experienced microaggressions or harassment (or both) in the past year.</li><li>31% of women have experienced microaggressions, 4% have been sexually harassed, and 8% have experienced other forms of harassment.</li><li>More than 4 in 10 women did not report their experiences to their employer, fearing retaliation and believing that the matter wasn't serious enough to be reported.</li><li>There is still a long way to go in terms of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.</li></ul>
