A startup has launched the world's first silicon-based quantum device, Bell-1, blending quantum computing potential with traditional high-performance computing.
Bell-1 is a six-qubit machine that can fit into existing data center environments, similar in size to GPU servers and rack-mountable.
The device operates at 0.3 Kelvin with its own cooling system, utilizes silicon-based spin qubits for scalability, and integrates Arm CPUs and neural processing units on a single chip.
