<ul><li>Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) were sellers of index futures and options and stock futures and options.</li><li>FPIs offloaded equities worth Rs 2,806 crore, while domestic institutional investors bought equities worth Rs 221.5 crore.</li><li>FII open interest in Nifty futures increased and the long-short ratio for foreign investors rose to 1.48.</li><li>The most active open interest was observed at 23,000 call strikes and 25,400 put strikes for the Nifty 50 April 9 expiry series.</li></ul>
