Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath recently disclosed his adherence to a 16-hour intermittent fasting regimen, relying on coffee to curb his appetite.
"I don't eat till 2 pm, and coffee somehow suppresses my appetite," Kamath remarked, detailing his routine of consuming coffee around 9 am and noon, sustaining him till the afternoon.
His fasting practice even influenced his investment decisions, leading him to invest in Subko Coffee, which he praised for its unique flavors. "It does taste better than Starbucks," Kamath noted, highlighting the brand's quality and distinctiveness in taste.
