Cult.fit, a fitness unicorn backed by Zomato, has selected investment bankers for its Rs 2,500 crore IPO.The company plans to raise up to ₹2,500 crore through the IPO, which is expected to value the company at approximately $2 billion.Axis Capital, Jefferies, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JM Financial have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for the issue.Cult.fit aims to expand its presence, strengthen its tech infrastructure, and enhance its product offerings with the IPO.
