<ul><li>Deepinder Goyal, founder and CEO of Zomato, will not accept any salary until March 31, 2026.</li><li>Goyal has not been drawing his base salary since April 1, 2021, which amounts to Rs 3.5 crore per year.</li><li>In addition to the base salary, Goyal is eligible for variable pay and statutory benefits.</li><li>The funds raised from Zomato's qualified institutional placement (QIP) will be used for expanding the network, establishing dark stores and warehouses, increasing advertising activities, and enhancing cloud infrastructure and technology.</li></ul>
