<ul><li>A 25-year-old man in Bengaluru was detained for making a hoax bomb threat to his office after being asked to resign due to poor performance.</li><li>The accused, Prasad Navaneeth, allegedly made the threat due to frustration with his termination and blamed office politics for his resignation.</li><li>The office immediately notified the police, leading to the evacuation of around 500 employees and the deployment of a bomb disposal squad.</li><li>Prasad has been filed with a Non-Cognizable Report (NCR), and further legal action will be taken pending permission from the court. It is stated that he is mentally disturbed following his termination.</li></ul>
