Using AI, PMs can leverage its capabilities to triage complex JIRA tickets, summarize conversations, and review product backlogs.The PM in this journey chose AI-based chat assistants to summarize a slack conversation and identify the root cause and impact to the client.AI did a remarkably good job in summarizing the issue and impact, allowing the PM to proceed with prioritizing the fix.The PM is currently exploring the use of AI in reviewing the product backlog.
