Apple is facing a $95 million payout for a lawsuit alleging Siri eavesdropped on private conversations.
Consumers who owned a Siri-enabled device between Sept. 17, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2024, and experienced unintended voice assistant activation may be eligible for compensation.
Individuals can file a claim by visiting the settlement's official website and providing details of their eligible Siri-enabled products.
The payout could be up to $20 per device, with a deadline to submit a claim by July 2 and final approval scheduled for a hearing on Aug. 1.
