<ul><li>Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, Blue Owl Capital Inc. and Primary Digital Infrastructure are launching a $3.4 billion joint venture to build a data center campus in Texas.</li><li>The campus will comprise two facilities in Abilene, Texas, offering 998,000 square feet of floor space and 205 megawatts of power.</li><li>The data center will be powered by off-site renewable energy sources and will have capacity for up to 100,000 GPUs.</li><li>Crusoe has already signed a long-term lease with an undisclosed Fortune 100 hyperscale tenant, believed to be Oracle, to host AI workloads for OpenAI.</li></ul>
