<ul><li>Electrovaya has closed a loan of $50.8 million with the Export-Import Bank of the United States to expand its battery-manufacturing capabilities.</li><li>The company plans to manufacture its Infinity lithium-ion ceramic cells in Jamestown, New York, creating approximately 250 jobs.</li><li>The loan includes funds for lithium-ion cell manufacturing, module and battery pack manufacturing, as well as construction and engineering.</li><li>Combining the EXIM loan with other sources of capital, Electrovaya now has over $80 million for its expansion in New York.</li></ul>
