Delivery Hero had set aside 400 million euros for the probe, but the final amount was lower than expected.</li><li>The EU's investigation revealed that the coordination between Delivery Hero and Glovo resulted in reduced choice and higher prices for consumers by sharing sensitive information, including pricing, strategies, and costs.</li></ul>
